Well my ESX 3.0 upgrade has been placed on hold for the moment due to some hardware issues. Specifically a malfunctioning bladecenter. I was hoping to give a detailed process update and report on how I went with the first dev host today. But the upgrade gods are not with me. As soon as I have the issue resolved I will update this information for you all.
