Senior VMware / Storage Consultant

Technical Architecture Solutions is one of Australia's leading Providers of Enterprise level VMware and Storage solutions.

We are currently seeking the expertise of two Senior VMware & Storage Consultants to join our team in Melbourne and Brisbane.  To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated person who is passionate about technology.

This role requires a dynamic and versatile person that has the ability to perform technical pre-sales work as well as engage in deep technical design and perform implementation/delivery of solutions. The successful candidate will be required to have the relevant certifications in VMware and Storage.

Applicants should possess a minimum of five years experience working with the following products:

• VMware ESX Server
• VMware VirtualCenter
• Storage Area Networks - EMC CLARiiON experience required
• iSCSI

• Networking & Virtualisation
• Backup & Recovery
• Archiving
• VDI and ACE
• Datacenter experience
• Lab Manager
• Unix/Linux Skills
• Microsoft Windows Server/Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange
• Other Enterprise level Microsoft Products
• ITIL

To succeed in this role you will need to have strong consulting/troubleshooting skills and excellent time management skills. You will also be required to have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and should possess good documentation/business writing skills. Some travel and afterhours work is also included as part of this role.
