Eric Sloof has an interesting article that demonstrates an example of how to build a Visual Casic application for VMWare. He shows how with a little effort you could write an application to control your VMware Infrastructure. In it he says "You can pass any managed object reference and a property name, and it'll return a collection of the results it found". With a little imagination, this article may help you create something really cool.

Eric runs http://www.ntpro.nl and that is where the article is. You can read the article here.
