is there a next meeting scheduled in Victorian group and when and where?

There was talk at the last meeting of one late june with a similar set up as before at NEC. I suppose it depends on how Eddie's workload is at the moment on when it can be. I think a mid to late july is maybe where we should be looking, but again that depends on Eddie and how he is cruising, these things take a fair bit of his time to organise, but he does a great job.

Hi guys, sorry for the delay. We are arranging one in early August. It will still be at NEC site in Mulgrave. I will put a notice here probably next week when I work out other details. As usual, VMware will help sending out invitations.

Eddy I would like to see information about how to setup and use Resource management, High Availability with VMotion and Consolidated Backup to manage VMguest.

We are about to build our VMware cluster and these are the thinks I would like to know more about.

Also any tools, free ware our utilities that other people are using to help manage there VMWare enviroments.

Resource management, performance monitoring and DR/HA are popular topics. I have been communicating with VMware staffs hoping they would be able to present some of these topics in our upcoming meetings. Thanks for their great support given to our group so far and I believe their support will continue...

At the meantime, attendees are encouraged to exchange user experience at the meetings.
